Abstract
The article explores new ways and technologies of the development of communicative competence of teachers in the context of learning the Ukrainian language (by professional direction). Attention is focused on the use of networking and mastermind ideas in professional activities. The essence of the concept of "networking" is found out, it is emphasized on its possibilities that contribute to the development of the professional activities: the formation of new acquaintances; maintaining interaction with other people, sharing information, experience, generating common ideas. Attention is focused on key aspects of networking: interest in people; the ability to see good in them; be persistent, take the first step. It is noted that the idea of networking does not tolerate status communication, which is inherent to Ukrainians in part. The article offers forms of work that allow you to apply networking in the work of a teacher: contact the interlocutor for advice; invite to session or lessons as an expert or guest; agree on cooperation (creation of a common project, articles); offer the exchange of experience, ideas. It is noted that networking can also help in the practice of working with parents of students or apprentices. Mastermind is also considered, which involves organizing the work of a small team (7-9 people.). The efficiency of the mastermind is based on the use of collective intelligence because this technology provides an opportunity to express themselves to each member of the group. Mastermind can be used in work with the pedagogical team, parents, children who need additional attention. Guests can also be involved in the mastermind: experts, mentors, coaches. The use of networking and mastermind will enrich the professional activities of the teacher, contribute to the growth of his communicative competence.
