PEDAGOGICAL INTROSPECTION OF THE CATEGORY «COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE» IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF TRAINING OF FUTURE OFFICERS

Abstract

The article presents ways to solve an important problem for the modernization of the modern system of higher military education: improving the professional communicative training of future officers. Research attention is focused on the communicative training of the future officer, which is interpreted as one of the dominant competencies of the officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The purpose of the article was to determine the terminological coordinates of the phenomenon of "communicative competence of the officer" in the pedagogical dimension. The phenomenon of communicative competence of an officer is specified as an integrated, complex phenomenon that combines knowledge, skills and abilities, personal abilities, indicators of general culture, ability to communicate with people. The most important conditions for the formation of communicative competence of future officers should be considered the appropriate organizational and methodological support of the educational process, professional competence and pedagogical skills of teachers; creating a motivational basis for the activity of cadets in mastering the technology of competent communication. It has been determined that the professional communicative training of future officers, in the process of which the study of the humanities in higher military education institutions, provides an opportunity for their active communication in the context of professional activities. The study proves that communicative competence is one of the components of professional training of future officers. One of the ways to develop communicative competence is the process of foreign language training. The main idea of the article is that a modern officer should widely and consciously use the knowledge acquired in the educational institution, have professional foreign language training, which allows quickly to adapt to modern conditions and be able to self-realization and self-education in the professional activities.
