Abstract
The topicality of the research is emphasized by the need to improve the quality of medical education through the effective organization of the educational process, the introduction of advanced scientific developments into teaching practice. It is argued that the professional activity of future nurses has certain features and involves the creation of conditions for the formation of readiness for the competent performance of functional duties in various areas, in particular, in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. Determination and substantiation of the orientation of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future bachelors of nursing in the process of studying the disciplines of obstetrics and gynecology is identified as a topical problem in the organization of the educational process in medical colleges. The orientation of pedagogical conditions for the training of future nursing specialists in various contexts is summarized with the aim of forming: research abilities and skills of medical college students in the process of project activities; professional competence of future bachelors of nursing in the process of studying chemical and biological disciplines; professional mobility of future bachelors of nursing; basics of professionalism of future nurses in the process of professional training, etc. To study the formation of professional competence of future bachelors of nursing in the process of studying the disciplines of obstetrics and gynecology in medical colleges, the following pedagogical conditions were chosen: integration of training exercises of professional motivational and professional value content into the methodology of teaching disciplines of obstetrics and gynecology; expansion of the profound potential of obstetrics and gynecology disciplines with the aim of intensifying the professional training of future bachelors of nursing; ensuring the development of professional abilities, skills and experience of students of medical colleges in the process of solving interdisciplinary situational tasks of professional direction in the disciplines of obstetrics and gynecology; organization of students’ independent work by using the project method in professional training.
