PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE AS A MEANS OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF FUTURE TEACHERS

Abstract

In the context of an integration of the Ukrainian educational environment into the European educational space, the problem of improving the quality of training of future teachers becomes relevant. According to the competence and practice-oriented approaches, the purpose of professional training of the applicant in a higher education institution is not only an acquisition of knowledge, improvement of the skills and abilities, but also the ability to quickly navigate in the direct professional and pedagogical activities. The current stage of development of the national education system increases the requirements for the formation of professional competencies of teachers of preschool education. The professional training of teachers takes into account the new conditions of the preschool education system: changing the ratio of family and social education, the variety of forms of public preschool education and their compliance with new tasks and market conditions, the variety of educational and professional programs. Pedagogical practice is a mandatory form of organization of the educational process which provides an applicant with the application of acquired theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the real conditions of professional activity. The article characterizes the role of pedagogical practice as a means of forming professional competencies of future specialists in preschool education. Approaches to the organization of pedagogical practice of students majoring in 012 Preschool education are analyzed. The comparative analysis of hourly distribution of loading for different types of pedagogical practice is carried out. The article reveals the characterological features of different types of practical training of applicants for higher education in the specialty 012 Preschool education: educational, industrial and undergraduate. In accordance with the new standard of higher education in the specialty 012 Preschool education of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education, the article presents a program of educational practice tasks, focused on improving the skills of organizing play activities for preschool children. The article reveals the principles of forming a partnership of the applicant with all participants in the educational process of preschool institutions (preschoolers and their parents, educators, fellow teachers, management, etc.) by of meaning of innovative forms of work.
