PROBLEMS OF INTRODUCTION OF MODERN TRAINING EDUCATIONAL EQUIPMENT IN GROUND TRAINING OF FUTURE TACTICAL AVIATION PILOTS

Abstract

In this article, which is a publication of some provisions of the author's doctoral dissertation research, the search and analysis of the main problems of introduction of modern training educational equipment in ground training of future tactical aviation pilots in higher military educational institution (HMEI) of Ukraine. This problem has not yet been the subject of a separate pedagogical study. Within the framework of the raised issues of the research, the key concepts of “ground training”, “aviation simulator”, “simulator training” in their meaningful connection with the professional training of cadets-military pilots are revealed. The propaedeutic role of training in it, significant methodological and educational potential as a promising technological tool that connects theoretical training and ground training with direct flight training on aircraft are substantiated. The author argues to consider ground training as the core of the system of providing quality professional training of military cadet pilots in the conditions of HMEI, and the introduction of modern training educational equipment - as a necessary condition for their sufficient training and formation of professionally significant competencies. It is noted that it provides the implementation of a functional model of the system “man-machine”, which is especially relevant for complex technical professions, in which people act as operators of particularly complex systems. At the same time, the insufficient level of such implementation is stated today in Ukraine. Considerable emphasis is placed on the potential of training as an optimal educational alternative to the extremely expensive training of military pilots directly on aircraft. It is proved that properly organized training can really save significant financial resources during flight training, as well as psychologically and technically prepares cadets for a better professional perception of the actual flight practice. The main problems of introduction of modern training aids in the educational process of future tactical aviation pilots are insufficient funding of the material and technical base of domestic HMEI and insufficient scientific and pedagogical development of the methodological component of the use of training aids. Specific ways to solve these problems are proposed.
