SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF FORMING THE FUTURE TEACHERS READYNESS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILDREN CREATIVE THINKING

Abstract

The article considers topical issues of forming the readiness of future primary school teachers to develop creative thinking of primary school children in professional activities at the stage of reforming the education system. Emphasis is placed on the need to form a generation of comprehensively developed, conscious and responsible citizens with developed creative thinking, who will be able to find a way out of difficult life situations; it is impossible to train a professional once and for all, it is necessary to form in him the desire and ability for constant self-improvement and the need for lifelong learning. The essence of the concept “readiness of the future teacher for the development of creative thinking of primary children” is revealed through the clarification of the concepts “thinking”, “creativity”, “readiness”. Conceptual ideas of philosophy of education, theoretical and methodical bases of teacher training, formation of his pedagogical culture, bases of professionalism, readiness for pedagogical creativity, professional requirements to him/her are carried out through comprehensively opened works of scientists. The study analyzes the results of a survey of primary school teachers in Lutsk and Volyn region on the application of tasks that would promote the development of creative thinking of primary school children. The conditions that hinder the development of creative thinking of primary school students are named. Some aspects of the problem of preparing future teachers for the development of creative thinking of primary school students are covered. The need to provide conditions that positively affect the process of preparing future teachers for creative activities, in particular through the creation of an educational environment, creative atmosphere of the educational process and pedagogical practice are noticed. Attention is drawn to the fact that the pedagogical system of preparing students for future professional activities, development and realization of personal potential should focus on increasing professional mobility and the formation of internal needs for continuing education and competitiveness in today’s labor market. The main qualities of the future teacher which will allow to carry out pedagogical activity at a high professional level are allocated.
